How FloorPilot works.
From the first question of what is required to the evidence afterwards. One chain, where organiser and municipality look at the same version.
- 1Know what is required
- 2See what is still missing
- 3Compare with the previous edition
- 4Share a version formally
- 5Track what changes afterwards
- 6Make sure the right people know
- 7Check that reality matches
- 8Be able to show it afterwards
From preparation to reporting, in one chain.
- 1Know what is requiredPer municipality and event type it is set out which information and documents are expected, with the source.
- 2See what is still missingMissing information is visible before a municipality has to ask for it.
- 3Compare with the previous editionFor a recurring event you see what stayed the same, what changed and what needs another look. You reuse what still holds; nothing is carried over silently.
- 4Share a version formallyAt the agreed moment a version is frozen and shared. You can keep working on drafts internally.
- 5Track what changes afterwardsEvery change is recorded with old value, new value and reason. You decide what carries weight.
- 6Make sure the right people knowCrew joins via QR code and role PIN. Municipality and organisation are notified of what concerns them.
- 7Check that reality matchesCommand Center shows the current status and routes incidents straight to the right role.
- 8Be able to show it afterwardsWhat was shared, changed, confirmed and checked is ready for evaluation afterwards.
Everything reported, assigned, confirmed and changed during the operation automatically becomes the basis for the report afterwards.
One update, straight to the right role.
