How FloorPilot is offered, and what applies if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Free pilot call
A free introduction or pilot call.
- Free of charge.
- Can be cancelled or rescheduled at no cost.
- Please cancel in good time by email.
Paid engagement
Paid pilot, implementation or custom work.
- The signed proposal, order form or agreement is leading.
- Cancellation must be requested in writing.
- Work already carried out may remain payable.
- Reserved event-window capacity may remain payable.
- Equipment, travel, vendor and other non-refundable costs already incurred may be charged on.
- A refund or credit exists only when the agreement provides for it, or when agreed in writing.
Platform subscription
Contract duration, renewal and billing.
Contract duration, renewal, notice period, billing and any credits are set out in the signed order form or agreement. FloorPilot does not publish a general "cancel anytime" promise; the terms that apply are the ones in your own agreement.
Billing errors
Duplicate or incorrect billing.
Demonstrable duplicate or incorrect billing is investigated and corrected where needed. Contact us at info@wearefloorpilot.com.
Legal scope
What this page is, and isn't.

- Statutory consumer rights, where legally applicable, are not excluded by this page.
