The right information for every role.
Crew joins via QR or invite, never through an office login. Every role sees only what's relevant, reports with one tap, and confirms what matters.

- Briefing, tasks and zone
From arrival to first task: three actions.
FloorPilot shows each role only the relevant briefing, tasks, zone information and emergency instructions.
The crew app is currently available in Dutch only.
What crew does during a shift
Getting in takes three actions. After that the app is the work itself: reporting, checking off, confirming. Everyone only sees what belongs to their own role and zone.
Report an incident with category, zone and urgency
Not a loose message that disappears in a group chat. The report immediately gets a place, a timestamp and an owner, which makes it traceable in the reporting afterwards.
An emergency button that does not count twice
In an emergency people press more than once. The app recognises it is the same report, so Command sees one alert instead of five.
Check off tasks, with evidence where required
For a task that requires evidence, the app reports what is still missing instead of quietly completing it. Critical tasks are also confirmed by someone other than the person who carried them out.
Confirm changes, visible to Command
A new briefing or changed arrangement is confirmed per person. Command sees who has read it and who has not, during the operation, not afterwards.
Inspection rounds and observations
Checkpoints are walked and signed off. Something notable that is not an incident can be recorded separately so it does not get lost.
Keep working without coverage
During a short network interruption the app holds the action locally and synchronises once the connection returns. Until that succeeds, the screen states it has not been sent. No checkmark that means nothing.
Crew works on the phone, through the mobile web environment. No office login, no app download, and no access to the organisation’s full case file.
