Overview

One command structure for preparation, live operations and reporting.

FloorPilot brings the preparation, live control and evaluation of events into one place. Temporary teams stay in control from planning to stakeholder reporting.

Why teams need FloorPilot

On the event floor, overview gets fragmented fast.

Run sheets and documents are scattered across mail, chat and folders.

Incidents disappear into WhatsApp and can't be found afterwards.

Crew sees too much, or too little for their role.

A live overview of status, zones and incidents is missing.

Reporting afterwards takes far too much time.

Clients and stakeholders want overview and proof.

Emergency communication

Push first, SMS as an emergency fallback.

  • In-app and push are standard for normal updates.
  • SMS is only for emergency fallback and critical live escalations.
  • Every SMS is logged: sender, recipients, reason, time and cost status.
  • No sensitive details in an SMS.
  • SMS is not free or unlimited; it is handled separately in package or pilot arrangements.

For large outdoor events an organization can use its own internet or backup connection (for example a 4G/5G router or Starlink). That is the organization's choice, not a built-in FloorPilot feature.
