Access is granted based on organisation, event and role. Owner/Admin sees everything within their own organisation, Event Manager sees only their own events, Command/Floormanager sees only the live operation they're assigned to, and Viewer/client sees only the report explicitly shared with them.

Internal operational information and information for external stakeholders can be shared separately. A run sheet you upload is structured into an event; crew and other stakeholders then each see only their own, need-to-know view. Nothing is broadcast by default.

You keep control over your organisation's data and can export the relevant information and reports. An end-of-event report can be exported as a PDF, with a separate internal version and separate versions for a client and a municipality. Key actions and status changes are recorded in an audit log that is never silently changed or deleted.

AI helps structure and analyse information. Your team stays responsible for review, publication and operational decisions. AI can flag patterns or summarise information, but it never makes a medical, security or governance decision on its own; a person always confirms.
