What does a pilot cost?
A FloorPilot Validation Pilot starts from €1,250 excl. vat for one event or a controlled test period. The final price depends on scale and guidance.
How long does a pilot run?
That depends on your event and planning. A pilot typically runs around one event, from preparation through to evaluation. We agree the exact duration with you in advance, as part of the proposal.
Is FloorPilot suitable for smaller events?
Yes. FloorPilot is designed for events of varying sizes; the setup is tailored to your situation.
Does FloorPilot automatically share data with a municipality?
No. You decide what information is shared with a municipality or other partner.
Is FloorPilot available internationally?
Yes. FloorPilot can be deployed for events in the Netherlands, Belgium and internationally. The crew app is currently available in Dutch only. The Command Center and municipality portal are available in Dutch and English.

Cancelling or rescheduling
- An introductory call is free and can always be rescheduled or cancelled.
- For a paid pilot, implementation or custom work, the signed proposal or agreement is leading. Cancellation must be requested in writing; work already carried out, reserved event-window capacity and non-refundable third-party costs may remain payable.
- A refund or credit applies only when agreed. Contract duration, renewal and notice periods for a platform subscription are set out in the signed order form or agreement.
